POINT A FINGER: A few are pointing back at you

Strolling down our lovely street in Dalton Gardens last week I could not help but notice some new neighbors had hung a flag from their front porch that says F_ _ K BIDEN.

Now, being an open-minded Republican, I have no real problem with these obviously charming people revealing their sexual fantasies in public, although a flag on your front porch declaring your desire to have sexual relations with the sitting president of the United States might be a bit over the top. I’ve heard of carrying the torch for someone, but waving the flag?

Still, we do require convicted sexual predators to identify themselves to law enforcement and the local community, and although we do not know the exact status of these individuals with respect to the justice system, I suppose we should be grateful to them for advertising their perversion so publicly.

Sheriff, take note.

And a word to the wise out there: You cannot complain about the fall of civilization when you yourself are taking a wrecking ball to it.

So when you feel moved to point a finger at the culprit, on your yard sign, your T-shirt, your hat, your back window, your bumper, or from a flag hanging on your front porch, make sure you are standing in front of a mirror when you do it.
