MASS SHOOTINGS: Nothing to fear

For about six years, I was a substitute teacher. I did not go to school fearing for my life.

Why was I not afraid? The Lying Weasels in our government and the media manipulate firearms data, so things look far worse than they are. If a Gang A member hits 4 members of B, this is classified as a mass shooting. The Weasels call these criminal deaths “Gun Violence,” but never mention that more than half the deaths, included in Gun Violence statistics, are suicides. Only about 2% are from all mass shootings, including schools.

Mass school shootings, like Uvalde, Texas, are extremely rare. Here are the facts: Even including gang wars and fights, there are only about 100 school shootings each year. There are 131,000 K-12 schools in America, so this means the chance of a shooting in any school is 0.08%. This also means that there is a 99% chance that no school shooting will occur in a kid’s entire public school career.

So, why are we scaring the crap out of school kids (and teachers) with active shooter drills, wasting money on hardening schools, hiring expensive RSOs to stand guard or banning certain firearms? Weasels want you to be very afraid and overreact. The head Weasel, Biden said that firearms should be a major issue in the November elections, because he has nothing else.
