ATHOL CEMETERY: Not fit for ceremony

As a Legionnaire, I was present for the Flag Ceremony at Athol Cemetery. What a mess. Mud road. Brush everywhere. No parking areas. Even the grass was not cut. As the city of Athol listed this event in its newsletter with water bills, they sure knew about it! Don’t they care about veterans and families?
