JMC Idaho announces new hire, promotion

Post Falls-based JMC Idaho, the managing entity for Riverbend Commerce Park, Jacklin Land Company and Bighorn Ventures has hired one employee and promoted another.

Logan Brastrup, CPA has been hired as controller. Brastrup earned his master’s in accounting at the University of Nevada, Reno, and previously held the position of assurance senior with Moss Adams.

Tag Jacklin has been promoted to president from property manager.

Weme recognized by Society of Certified Insurance Counselors

Garth D. Weme, of Sandpoint, was recently awarded a Certificate of Leadership by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.

Weme was recognized for 20 consecutive years of successfully maintaining the Certified Insurance Counselor designation, which requires an annual continuing education update ensuring his education is always up-to-date and relevant.
