NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Aquifer Protection District Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23 The Kootenai County Aquifer Protection District Policy and Budget Committee will conduct a Public Hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code § 39-507, to solicit public comment regarding its proposed budget and work elements for Fiscal Year 2022-23. Following a short presentation by the Committee, citizens and cooperating agencies will have the opportunity to make comments regarding the Committee's proposed budget and work elements for Fiscal Year 2022-23, which runs from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. The general time frame for such comments will be limited to 5 minutes with reasonable adjustments to that time frame available upon request. Computer projector and other basic presentation materials will be available at the meeting.
