NIGHT COURT: Better solution

The majority of the KCBOCC wants to spend MILLIONS on a new justice center with more courtrooms for the poor judges who evidently might have to share their chambers with another judge. To use an old phrase, “Oh, the humanity.” I don’t know how many courtrooms we currently have. But I do know that for about 16 hours a day they sit empty. Having those court rooms in operation for night court sessions would seem to be a better and far cheaper solution than spending millions on new courtrooms.
