Horrific noise. Live in the area of Carrington Place, Long Meadow Drive, Goodwater Loop and Downey. In the Landings, CDA PLACE. Was tone deaf the next day.

Had to be the “ROOSKYS.” Could not have been our respectful Coeur d’Alene citizens?
