SCOTUS: Decisions are reasoned

Regarding Sholeh Patrick’s article on the Supreme Court, it is a typical example of a new age pseudo liberal misleading. There were no “rights” taken away by SCOTUS, abortion is not a “right” in the Constitution and the ability to obtain an abortion has not been taken away, but has been remanded to the states to decide.

There is a second amendment “right” that cannot be “infringed upon” by states. The court merely reiterated that Constitutional right and disallowed states from usurping that right.

The recent decisions of SCOTUS are simply a reasoned judgment of what the Constitution says, not what one wants it to say.
