TEACHERS: Need more help

Recently, I spoke with a kindergarten teacher within our area. She told me she had 23 children in her class this year all by herself. She noticed huge behavioral issues from the COVID shutdowns which required her to spend most of her time teaching them to sit still, listen and learn.
Further, Governor Little gave tax rebates to Idaho taxpayers in 2021. The federal government also gave schools COVID money. Could someone please explain why this teacher lost her teacher’s aide at a time when one was needed most?
I fear we’ll see a mass exodus of teachers if this problem isn’t resolved soon. Respectfully submitted,
