ROE V. WADE: Decision is the right thing

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my support for the recent Roe v. Wade decision. Bringing the legislations around abortion to the state level is the solution we’ve been needing. Roe v. Wade was poorly written law back in 1973. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg agreed to that. She said it went too far. It is the duty of the press to inform citizens that abortion is not now illegal, but rather - this decision is now directed to the state level. The great state of Idaho will decide the fate of the preborn babies in the womb. It is a victory worth celebrating when human rights are fought for and won. The body in the womb - a body with its own limbs, blood type, and unique DNA - deserves the same right to life that our constitution outlines. I’m glad to see the highest court in the land rule in conjunction croon with our founding fathers. Thank you, CDA Press, for giving us citizens a voice, and allowing me to express these thoughts.
