GAS PRICES: Carriers need a little Christmas

Help your Cd'A Press carrier have a Christmas in July! I would like to challenge those who have the CDA Press delivered to provide a "Christmas In July" bonus for their carrier or delivery person. With the increased cost of gas, it is becoming very difficult for those who deliver our morning paper to make a decent profit. All you need to do is send a letter to your carrier at the CDA Press, PO Box 7000, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83816. It would be wonderful to let these hard-working people know how much their efforts are appreciated. I know some people add an extra amount for their delivery person every month and if all of us could do that it would make a big difference to them. It would cost us much less than if we had to drive somewhere every day to pick up the paper. If you don't know the name of your carrier, you can call the Press Circulation department.

Merry, Merry and Happy Christmas in July!
