VOTING: Offering a hand
Hi Folks, I am Ron Dayton, a 40-plus year taxpaying resident of Kootenai County. In regard to the recent voting suppression going on in many states including Idaho these days, I find it rather alarming that so many folks are being deprived of their God-given right to vote in this country.
With the upcoming midterm elections, we need to be especially vigilant and take action so every citizen of this fine country has an opportunity to vote either in person, mail in or absentee, this opportunity is offered to all under the U.S. Constitution.
If any one in my county needs to have a ride to the poling place to vote or needs water while waiting in line at the polling place or needs to get the forms for mail-in voting, all they need to do is to contact me at 208-755-5586 and I will respond.
I served in the U.S. Air Force and did my time and I feel like this election season will be so big and important, that NO one can sit home without the opportunity to voice their opinion and get their vote counted.
Please join me and help anyone you know that needs to get help to vote. We can make this a fair election if we all work together.
RON DAYTON
