VOTING: Words of warning

Mr. Patrick’s editorial on Thursday, “A day to remember,” was right on. This KCRCC is as evil as the far left progressives in this country.

My wife and I have volunteered to work the polls for a few years now. The last two years many of KCRCC minions have been outside the polls handing out their self-appointed score sheets, telling people who they should vote for.

Many of these minions think they are doing good, because they are against most Democrats. Just because the word “Republican” is part of the KCRCC logo, they falsely assume they are good.

This same group all said the recent NIC board members were on the approved list. Look at all the problems they caused.

It is true that I am not for most of the Democratic policies. I am not for any self-appointed group, no matter what they call themselves, telling me who I should vote for.

Please, before you join these groups, look at their leaders. Ask yourself what gives them the right to pick and choose who you should vote for.

Your right to vote was given to you by all the past and present veterans and our founding fathers. Use your God-given right to decide how you should vote. Please don’t give it away to any group, no matter what they call themselves.

If you must use some criteria to help you decide, try a novel approach and pray about it.
