Four large units of 3,800-square-feet each are available with roll doors, office space, restrooms, second-floor mezzanines and parking. One unit has been preleased to R&R Northwest, a marine construction company.

Construction will begin in the spring with the first units available in the fall. Phone 208-6981-0691.

Prairie subdivision plan in place

A 16-lot subdivision plan is in the works for what will be the Prairie Crossing Regional Shopping Center in the northeast corner of Highway 41 and Prairie Avenue.

Super 1 Foods and Peak Fitness have plans to be in major large lots of the project, which will be bordered by the Union Pacific Railroad line and have a center access road called Stone Avenue and a east-side border road called Zorros Street.

The large commercial lots are in the northeast section of the plan with smaller lots along Highway 41 and Prairie Avenue. Frame & Smetana of Coeur d'Alene is its engineering and surveying company.
