TOP STORIES: A different view

| January 9, 2022 1:00 AM

Sholeh Patrick, in your list of top national stories, you stated that there was one policeman killed in the capitol riots. Not true or related, as he died two days later of a heart attack/stroke.

You also stated that the U.S. population was the lowest to be vaccinated of 60 countries. Maybe that is because we are not under a dictatorship-yet!

On that same note, vaccinated people can spread the disease as much as the unvaccinated can. Follow the money. The Lancet Medical Journal is questioning boosters, even to your dismay, because of the very short effectiveness span.

You never mentioned anything about Biden’s debacle in Afghanistan, leaving Americans and high tech equipment behind. Then there were the negotiations with the Taliban.

How about the influx of millions of questionable foreign citizens invading our southern borders. This will break our Medicaid. Not one word mentioned.

People STOP saying “The Democratic Party” for the “Democrat Party.”

This paper bashes the Republicans on a daily basis, using it to sound propaganda. A true journalist writes, but let’s the readers form their own opinion.

Let’s fight for our freedoms!

Editor’s note: The official names of the two main political parties in the U.S. are Republican Party and Democratic Party. The Democratic Party was founded Jan. 8, 1828, in Baltimore.
