ABUSE: Where’s the outrage?

Reading Angela Winter’s letter of severe violence committed on a 7-week-old infant who had no way to defend herself, I couldn’t help but wonder why there were no letters of outrage over the unspeakable acts of severe violence. I have never heard of anything like this intense abuse. What kind of savage humans could possibly commit the types of undeserved acts this baby suffered?

I can’t even imagine what punishment would fit this couple. If I read anywhere that their rights are violated, I’ll never get over it. This poor, precious baby may never know her right to be wrapped in a blanket and cuddled close to a loving heart.
