OFFICE 255: Great ladies work there

I would like to thank Kootenai Health for their help last week. I was on the third floor of the 700 Building when a nice young lady asked if she could help me. She had her brief case and was leaving her office.

She invited me back to her office, where both ladies started making phone calls to find where I should be. After numerous calls and asking several offices on the floor, she found I should be at the Hospital South Entrance third floor instead of the 700 Building.

She walked down with me, escorted me across the street and didn’t leave until she was certain that was where my appointment was. She went above and beyond, which is another example of how caring and helpful the nurses and staff are at Kootenai. Thank you ladies in office 255.
