BASKETBALL

Tryouts in Coeur d'Alene: Select Basketball, a regional club program, has opened registration for spring tryouts for both the women’s and men’s program. The tryouts are for any high school player that resides in Idaho or Montana, or in any state that borders Idaho or Montana.

Teams range from 14U to 17U (eighth grade through seniors) and they will play in 3-4 regional tournaments in April and May.

There will be a women’s tryout at Coeur d’Alene High the afternoon of March 6. There will be two sessions available. More details on timing will be available closer to the tryout.

There will also be women’s tryouts on the dates and locations:

March 12 in Meridian (men only)

March 19 in Great Falls, Mont. (women and men)
