NIC: On fire with a questionable attorney

Our beloved college is on the ropes again? How can this be? Since the election things have apparently gone from great to oh hell the town is burning down.

Candidate Waggoner, existing members Banducci and McKenzie, they promised that the accreditation problem was a lie, a plot by evil Idaho liberals, but one month on and our precious college is in peril? A matter so dire that the new board led by Banducci and McKenzie must illegally appoint new legal counsel costing $125 per hour more than current counsel?

Strange, very strange, but making matters worse, competent legal counsel is apparently so scarce that the only option is a failed attorney specializing in real estate law?
