KUDOS: Well done, Post Falls DMV

Once again the Post Falls DMV came through for me on a difficult registration. My husband is a “collector” of old boats, cars and motorcycles; all registration challenges. I have lived in six states and have dealt with many DMVs from Montana to California, Colorado, Arizona to name a few. I always say that if you are destined to end up in Hell you will spend eternity at the Pasadena DMV.

I moved to Idaho 13 years ago and have had several unique registrations. Barbara, Kelly, Connie and now Jeanette, have yet to fail. I can tell you from experience, this is not normal; they go over and above, even calling a dealership in California on a 10-year-old purchase to get the right paperwork (still thanking Barbara for that one). Instead of “how can we make your day miserable” as most other DMV people approach you, it is “how can we get this done for you” at the Post Falls DMV. I don’t know if our population knows how lucky we are. A huge thank you to Jeanette for finding the way to get our 1917 Fay & Bowen Launch registered in time for the Coeur d’Alene Antique and Classic Boat Show. You didn’t give up when you could have.
