Doyne James Pearcy Sr. (DOE), 84 of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away on July 29th, 2022, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Doyne Pearcy was born in Coeur d’Alene to Thomas and Helen Pearcy on May 22nd, 1938. At 17, Doyne joined the Navy and lived in California, pursuing a lifelong career as a union sprinkler fitter. He worked as a union sprinkler fitter until his retirement in 1992 and returned to Coeur d’Alene.

He enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing. He loved all outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest had to offer for him and his family, including his dog, Sage.

Doyne Pearcy Sr. is survived by his daughter Dodie Pearcy of Isleton, Calif., his son Jamie Pearcy and wife Kimmy of Coeur d'Alene; mother of his children: Genevieve D. neighbors of highland, calif.; sister Marie Edinger of Coeur d'Alene, brother Dann Pearcy and wife Cindy of Coeur d'Alene. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and grand and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother (Helen), father (Thomas Sr.) and brother (Thomas Jr.).
