REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH: Includes contraception

In response to the My Turn by Taylor Kowaliski, I offer some thoughts from, of all places, Planned Parenthood’s definition of “Reproductive Health Care” at www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/birth-control. Here one finds not only definitions of Reproductive Health, but also expands on various forms of contraceptives which are deemed up to 99% effective to prevent pregnancies and promote safe Reproductive Health.
