LEVY: What happened to COVID money?

While I’m all for schools, I’d like to know what happened to all the COVID trillions of dollars that went to so many programs. It seems that politicians keep reaching into taxpayer pockets to fund projects and it’s never enough. There’s never accountability as to where the money actually goes, or it keeps going into teacher salaries and union coffers.
