McEUEN: Praise planners’ pavers

I would like to recognize a couple projects where the city planners have far exceeded my expectation.

The red paving stones used for McEuen Park are fitting. It had to be a difficult project for the city planning department, but I want to congratulate the contractor that did the project. Now that a few years have passed, the pavers are still just as even and level as the day they were laid.

The second example where planners also exceeded my expectation was in the river walk by Riverstone. The landscape (paths, ground cover, trees and stone work) will only get better in the years ahead. I rank it right up with Tubbs Hill.
