COUNTY: Frustration isn’t optional

I’m frustrated that the Optional Forms of Government Study commission has removed the opportunity for me to have a vote on the Kootenai County administrative structure!

I shrugged my shoulders at the disagreements during their deliberations, knowing that the studying of various government structures would naturally require debate. However, I always assumed that Kootenai County voters would have the final say.

Why would the commission want to deny us the opportunity to have our vote on the issue?
