Monday — Beef stew with carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms and peas, brown rice, mixed fruit, dessert
Tuesday — Southwest chicken salad with white beans, red peppers, corn and tortilla strips on salad greens, dessert
Wednesday — Pork roast with pineapple sauce, roasted root vegetables, applesauce, brown rice, dessert
Friday — Fish and chips (baked cod with french fried potatoes), coleslaw with fruit, mixed grains, dessert
Hayden Senior Center
