The North Idaho College music department presents the Fall Choral, a free performance of five different local music groups, at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 5 at the Schuler Performing Arts Center in Boswell Hall at NIC’s main campus.

NIC Chamber Singers, Cardinal Chorale, Coeur d'Alene High School and Lake City High School choirs will perform as well as the Coeur d’Alene Brass Quintet.

“I'm so proud of the choirs here at Coeur d'Alene High School,” said vocal music director Makenzie Curtis. “We have so many fresh new faces this year who are dedicated to learning their craft.”

Diane Brittany Pfundheller, director of the Lake City High School choir, said they are very excited to have the opportunity to perform with the Cardinal Choir and work with NIC Professor Max Mendez.

“I am personally very excited to see some former students continuing their music education at NIC and sing with them again,” Pfundheller said.

Schuler Performing Arts Center is currently operating at 50% capacity (500 attendees). The event will also be live streamed.
