POST FALLS — Tytan Reynolds scored the go-ahead goal on an assist from David Leahy in the 68th minute for Coeur d’Alene Charter in a 2-1 win over the Bonners Ferry Badgers in an Intermountain League match on Monday at The Fields at Real Life.

“Tonight was an intense defensive battle,” Coeur d’Alene Charter coach Craig Daigle said. “Bonners Ferry came out aggressive and went up quickly. We did a good job of staying with our game plan and was able to tie it up at the half. Bonners Ferry came out in the second half connecting passes and getting into our third. I think we were able to counter attack and won numerous corners. (Charter’s) Treffen McCord’s corners were fantastic today and helped lead to the second goal.”

Coeur d’Alene Charter (5-1-2, 5-1-1 IML) hosts St. George’s on Wednesday at The Fields at Real Life.

POST FALLS — Megan Moore had a hat trick, Rebekah Hines had two goals and an assist and Cadence Wilson four assists for the Panthers in an Intermountain League win over the Badgers at The Fields at Real Life.

“Bonners Ferry came out very active and kept it up the whole game,” Coeur d’Alene Charter coach Stacy Smith said. “While we scored quickly, it then took us a while to find the back of the net again because our passing was just off and the Bonners keeper was outstanding. I was proud of our players for working through a few things on the field, and finally finding the back of the net through creative runs and good shot placement.”
