Family Promise of North Idaho Golf Classic set

Family Promise of North Idaho will host the Family Promise of North Idaho Golf Classic on Sept. 17 at The Links Golf Course in Post Falls.

Proceeds will go toward helping Family Promise of North Idaho achieve their vision of “serving our community through partnerships so every child has a home, a livelihood and the chance to fulfill their dreams.”

The golf tourney will be played as a 4-man, best-ball scramble with prizes for lowest score, longest drive, closest to the pin and more. Participants will receive a sack lunch, swag bag, custom Antigua pullover and a catered dinner. Check-in is at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

Family Promise is a nationwide organization which helps lift homeless children and their families out of their homeless circumstances. Family Promise of North Idaho is the local chapter.
