NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hayden Lake Sewer District will hold a public hearing to consider any and all comments on a proposed annexation into the Sewer District. The property to be annexed is described as: Lot 3, Block 1, Chicken Hill Estates, and Records of Kootenai County, Idaho. The annexation is requested by Connie Ashby, legal owner of the property.
