Prka, a 6-foot-1, 185 pound quarterback from Coeur d'Alene High, was named the Frontier Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced. Prka completed 15 of his 27 attempts for 231 yards and two touchdowns in a 28-21 win over College of Idaho on Saturday in Caldwell. In his second career start, he led back-to-back fourth quarter touchdown drives to tie the game and take the lead. On those drives, Prka was 5 of 7 for 134 yards.

Lewis-Clark State cross country

Brown, a senior from Coeur d'Alene High, finished 16th in 19 minutes, 39 seconds at the Willamette Invitational on Saturday in Salem, Ore. Lewis-Clark State finished second as a team.
