SCHOOL BOARD: Support staff, students

| October 6, 2021 1:00 AM

I am happy to see that at least two members of the Coeur d’Alene School Board have resigned. Anyone who is afraid to stand up for the staff and students is unfit for public office.

The Board refusing to even put such an important issue to put on the back burner needs to resign. Those who don’t, pick up a shovel and start digging the graves of every faculty member and every student you failed to protect out of irrational fear.

Maybe after they dig a few graves for the people they failed, they will get the hint. I applaud one writer’s philosophy. If you don’t want to wear a mask or get vaccinated it’s your right. It is not your right to put an entire community at risk by thinking they should be entitled to medical care.

You all can just stay home and live your choice. Die at home instead of expecting our medical community to shut down operations for those who need them. You made your choice! Die at home please. It’s the final act of attrition for your RIGHTS!

I have rights to stop infringement on my medical needs. So if you are not vaccinated and you get the virus, maybe you should pick up a shovel too. Dig your own graves; it won’t be much different than the one you are already digging for yourself. Protect our precious Care Givers.
