REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2022 SINGLE-FAMILY AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") HOME Programs Department is accepting formal proposals for federally assisted single-family development activities. Single-family is defined as 1-4 units under common ownership and financing. IHFA will award HOME funds to community-based, non-profit owner-developers to acquire and/or rehabilitate or construct single-family units in Idaho. HOME funds may be used anywhere in Idaho, except Boise. Boise projects may be approved by the HOME Programs Manager. As required by the funding program, units must be sold to low, and very low -income households. Due to limited funding, an organization's current program funding and approved/underway projects will be a factor when awarding 2022 funds.
