NEWS: What you didn’t know
Now, for news The Press has not reported on its own.
The “pronoun” preference of kindergarten students was asked on a back-to-school Coeur d’Alene form, thereby asking the sex preference of a 5-year-old! Another form gave students a choice of pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them). Coeur d’Alene schools selected a suicide prevention program that encourages young students to identify their gender preference and pronouns to be used in school. Suicide prevention is needed, but how many future suicides will occur because of mental problems caused by promoting gender confusion beginning at the age of 5!
Ignored in the Coeur d’Alene Press is that Coeur d’Alene School Board meeting have been filled with parents opposing the Social Emotional Learning programs, embedded in every aspect of the school and classroom. They ignore news of opposition to the invasive computerized testing of students and data collection on emotions and behavioral thoughts, news of opposition to teachers imposing their own and adopted school values, and objections to social justice taught through curriculum.
Ignored was the large number of people waiting outside the Coeur d’Alene school board meeting signing a KCRWF petition opposing Critical Race Theory and similar programs adopted by Coeur d’Alene schools. Hopefully, future news about the efforts and actions by the Kootenai County Republican Women Federated to protect our children from forms of indoctrination will not be ignored by local press and news stations.
