HAMMOND: CDA’s best choice
I have known and worked with Jim Hammond for 10 years. He has served this region as a professional public servant as state senator, VP of the Idaho State Board of Education, mayor and Councilman of Post Falls, and city administrator for the city of Coeur d’Alene. He also served as chairman of the Idaho Charter School Commission and secretary of the Panhandle Area Council.
During the time I served as president of NIC, Jim and I worked closely together on a variety of initiatives. Jim is an honest broker and always sought solutions that were mutually beneficial to both parties that included operational agreements related to the dike road maintenance, acquisition of a BLM green belt, future improvements to memorial field and overflow parking arrangements during major community events.
I would strongly recommend Jim Hammond for mayor of Coeur d’Alene. You simply cannot find a more conscientious standup individual interested in the future well-being of Coeur d’Alene, its constituents and Kootenai County.
