ELECTIONS: ID poll workers

It is good that Mr. Eubanks has reported his electioneering observation, and that this incident is being made public. I know that precinct workers are given orientation for their jobs, including not to do anything that would influence voter decisions. The public now knows that electioneering incidents can be reported to the County Clerk’s Office.

I would suggest that each precinct worker be required to wear an official name tag while on precinct voting duty. This will significantly aid in identifying and reporting any observed electioneering.
