Scottia A. Jordan, 51

Scottia A. Jordan, 51, a resident of Endicott, Wash. passed away on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021 at the Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, Wash.

Scottia was born on Dec. 12, 1969 in Burbank, Calif. to David and Rosemary (Long) Pelz. She attended her schooling at Coeur d’Alene, Idaho through the sophomore year and graduated from Gonzaga Preparatory High School in 1988. She attended a fashion school in Florida after high School.

She married Charles “Chuck” Jordan on Sept. 4, 1994 at Las Vegas, Nev. and the couple made their home at the ranch in Endicott, Wash. Scottia worked as a florist for Excel foods, the Wildflower in Spokane, Christopher & Banks a retail clothing store and for local banks, Sterling Savings in Colfax, Umpqua Bank in LaCrosse, Wash.

Scottia started making homemade soaps for the past four years. This was a creative hobby which later became a successful business. She also was the bookkeeper for the family farm for 20-plus years. Scottia also taught motorcycle classes for the eight years with her husband at Westside Motor Sports. She was a free spirit and always said she had a gypsy's soul. She loved designing and decorating and entirely planned her daughter’s wedding. Scottia had her own cattle herd, the Pampered Porterhouse’s. She loved to bake, quilt, make baby clothes, and paint. She enjoyed gardening and cooking from her garden. She had a generous heart and her love language was to bring gifts to others.

Survivors include her husband Chuck Jordan, Endicott, Wash., daughter, Alexandra Gorshenin (Sergey), Walla Walla, Wash., her father, David Pelz, Sun Lakes, Ariz., Mother, Rosemary Pelz, Walla Walla, Wash., two brothers, Matthew and Douglas Pelz, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Endicott, Wash., with Pastor Ian McMichael officiating. Burial will follow at the Winona Cemetery, Winona, Wash. Please wear a mask as required by the church.
