Notable calls for the day

Day Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Deputy assisted the IRS with a search warrant at a business in Hayden

• Deputies responded to a possible DVA Violation. The R/P called in to say her ex may have come into the house and garage last night. Items were moved but it was unclear if he was actually there. A report was completed to document the incident.

• Deputies responded to a domestic dispute. The R/P called in to say her husband was home with their son who was "out of control" and "fighting". When the deputies arrived on scene the son had left and father wanted to do a citizen’s arrest. The son could not be located prior to the completion of the shift so a report was completed.

• Deputies responded to a suicide threat. The R/P called in to say his brother took "Fentynal/Mexis" pills, was pushing his 81 year old grandma around and making suicidal threats. It turns out that none of that occurred and brother was just drunk. No crimes or suicidal threats had taken place.

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle on Seltice Way X of Ante Rd. During the stop he could smell the odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. After completing a search of the vehicle he located marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The Deputy issued a citation of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

• Deputies stopped a vehicle on N. Idaho X W. Hayden. During their investigation the located Heroin, Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Paraphernalia. The driver was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

• Dispatched received a call of a sea plane landing in Hauser Lake and appeared the occupants were having a difficult time getting to shore. Hauser Fire arrival on scene and contacted the occupants and they advised they landed for a picnic lunch and were going to take off after lunch.

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle at Prairie and Meyer. During his investigation he and his K-9 partner, Dyno, located methamphetamine and marijuana in the engine compartment. He located a scale, and several baggies containing various amounts of methamphetamine. Upon questioning the driver, he learned the driver frequently sold the methamphetamine and various amounts of packaged amounts were staged to be sold. The Deputy arrested the driver for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. He also charged the driver for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 21-21276

• Deputies responded to Rolling Hills Road and Cottonwood Road for a report of an injury accident. It was reported that a motorcyclist had struck a deer, causing the rider to be ejected from the bike. Lifeflight was launched and transported the driver to Sacred Heart prior to KCSO arriving on scene. 21-21284
