STATE TENNIS: Lakeland's Malika Warnick places third in 4A; Hawks fourth

Lakeland High junior Malika Warnick was the top local finisher, beating Caldwell’s Sadie Oesch 8-4 to capture third-place in the state 4A tennis tournament on Saturday afternoon.

In 5A, Centennial’s boys and Boise’s girls won team titles.

In 4A, Bishop Kelly swept team titles.

In 3A, Sun Valley Community School (boys) and Parma (girls) won team titles.
