5A REGION 1 TENNIS: Two Coeur d'Alene doubles teams, one singles player reach finals at regionals

COEUR d'ALENE — The host Vikings will send players to the finals in boys doubles, girls singles and girls doubles starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Coeur d'Alene High.

The Coeur d'Alene boys doubles team of Chris Swider and Alexander Nipp will face Lake City's Ryland Hoit and Dallas Dixon in the finals. Audrey Judson of Coeur d'Alene will face Rylei Carper of Lewiston in the girls singles final and the Coeur d'Alene girls doubles team of Maggie Bloom and Sarah Wilkey will face Morgan Moran and Ryann Finch in the finals.

The top three finishers in boys singles, boys doubles, girls singles, girls doubles and mixed doubles advance to the state 5A tournament May 21-22 at Timberline High in Boise.
