NIC SOFTBALL: Cardinals take two from Columbia Basin

PASCO, Wash. — Audrey Walker hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning for North Idaho College in an 11-3 win over the Columbia Basin Hawks in the first game of a Northwest Athletic Conference doubleheader on Thursday.

In the nightcap, Kasey Davis hit two home runs, including a two-run shot in the fifth inning for NIC (17-4, 16-2 NWAC), which is scheduled to play Columbia Basin (5-7, 5-7) again on Sunday at Memorial Field starting at noon.
