Prayer rallies set for Thursday

Several local gatherings are planned for National Prayer Day on Thursday.

"Love One Another" is scheduled 6 to 6:45 p.m. outside Rathdrum City Hall.

Another prayer rally is set for noon to 1 outside Post Falls City Hall.

The Coeur d'Alene Ministerial Association is putting on a National Day of Prayer celebration from noon to 1 p.m. at the McEuen Park Veterans Memorial Plaza.

The events will include music and prayers led by area pastors and others.

It is the 70th National Day of Prayer observance.
