DBH: R.I.P., and thank you

| May 5, 2021 1:00 AM

I was driving up Fourth Street on Sunday and saw the sign on Steve La Tourette’s styling salon that read, “R.I.P. D.B.H. Thanks!”

I was so touched by the message. All of the residents (and visitors too) owe a debt of thanks to Mr. Duane Hagadone for his guidance and foresight in his efforts to make Coeur d’Alene the beautiful city that it is today.

Many others were involved as well, but every project he did was first class. Not just the projects but the memories of Fourth of July fireworks, lighting of the lights at Thanksgiving, and those boat trips to the North Pole with our kids.

He not only made it better as he raised his family here, but also made it a wonderful place for us to raise our family. So thank you!
