Namaste Foods, a manufacturer of allergen free foods in Coeur d'Alene, has a new owner, Tim Harper. Harper has lived in the Northwest his entire life and calls the Coeur d'Alene and Greater Spokane area his home. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the baked goods industry to Namaste Foods and was most recently an executive with Franz Bakery.
