LETTERS: Should be truthful

Regarding the letter to the editor March 17, “BILL: Opens door to reds,” I understand the right of persons to express their opinions, but I also believe in truth. Is it possible Ms. Reisenauer made some misstatements regarding HR1 in her letter?

Without internet myself, would it be possible for someone to fact check the statements made by Ms. Reisenauer? Either someone on your staff or Mr. Jim Brannon? I don’t want any political slants — just verification of statements made.
