COVID: Caught in the act

What a surprise to see on the March 20 front page, See No Evil, Speak No Evil, and Hear No Evil, under the headline “COVID shuts down Idaho Legislature.”

Apparently, the three who earlier railed against the mask mandate, predictably are now cowering to avoid catching COVID-19 following an outbreak infecting lawmakers at the Capitol in Boise. Hmm, what do you think were the odds of this outcome happening?

Time to own it and admit that the pandemic is no joke and not to be so easily dismissed as you thought. 500,000 dead in one year is more Americans lost than in two previous world wars combined. You’ve been on the wrong side of the issue and continue to do the people of this state a disservice with your inept thinking. If you’re truly a leader then lead in the right direction.
