Thad Eugene Flanagan

| March 24, 2021 1:00 AM

Thad Eugene Flanagan went home to his Savior on March 9, 2021. Thad was born in New Hampshire on June 7, 1973, and he was raised in California, where he attended Branham High School in San Jose.

He was a plumber by trade for the last 25 years. He loved the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping and barbecuing, especially a rainbow trout, a great steak or a piece of salmon. You would see him wearing his team caps, either of Boston or New England Patriots.

He settled in Idaho six years ago, where he worked for Ace Hardware. His highlight of his life, even through the tough past, was that both of his children knew they always had their father’s love.

Thad is survived by his two children, Courtney Flanagan and Evann Flanagan; his father, Barry K. Flanagan and stepmother, Jane Flanagan, of Rochester, N.H.; his mother, Phillis Mixon and his stepfather, Charley Mixon. He had many nieces, nephews and cousins that will miss him dearly.

There will be a private celebration of life in April. Please contact Evann Flanagan or Charley Mixon for details.

Bell Tower Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
