SPECTRUM: Great service, fast internet

Many times, we hear about poor service provided by a company. Well, this is about the courteous and timely service I received from Spectrum.

I went to their office to find out about an ad they ran for high-speed internet. The customer service representative walked me through the plan and offered to open my account. The whole process took only about 20 minutes, and he gave me the self-install kit to get started. Also, he pointed out the helpline phone number printed on the self-install instruction sheet.

That afternoon I installed the modem and router and discovered that the internet was not active. The following day, I called the helpline. The technician, Patrick, arrived early and connected my drop line to the main overhead feed. He installed a new pigtail into my house, and within an hour, we were on the internet.

Courteous, knowledgeable and proficient, the service was excellent from the CSR and the technician. Kudos for the unexpected service.

My internet is really fast now!
