LEVY: Post Falls’ strategy

It’s nice to see that the Post Falls School Board is more honest than other parts of the country. The PFSB doesn’t cheat with mail in ballots or extended deadlines. They just call for additional elections until they get the desired result. Who pays the cost of these additional elections?
