NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IMPACT FEE AND ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Post Falls will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 408 Spokane Street, on the 6th of April, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., on a request to revise, update, and amend the Capital Improvement Plan and to consider adoption of an ordinance amending the imposition of Impact Fees based upon updated Capital Improvement Plan. This update is based on recent studies and growth demands on the City that will assist Post Falls maintain the Level of Service (LOS)created by the growth pressures on the City.
